DESCRIPTION:\n\nJoin us for a special visit from Sean McBride of Spicy Farms, a local hydroponic indoor container farm. This special hands-on class will be an introduction to Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), which will help students understand the range of growing methods and talk about the pros and cons of each growing choice. We will cover what CEA is, what kinds of companies use CEA growing methods, and how you can begin practicing CEA at home.\nWhile we love our gardening friends of all ages, registration for this class is limited to children ages kindergarten and up. A caregiver must be present.
