4-H in the Garden – Container Garden Workshop (Kindergarten and up)

Join 4-H Agent Molly Jones in creating a productive and well planned container garden to grow your own groceries at home! Learn the importance of companion planting and proper care for your new garden. Gardening in containers allows even the smallest spaces to produce fruits and vegetables!

Please bring a large container at least 12 – 18 inches deep with drainage holes at the bottom. Soil and plants will be provided.

We will host this workshop twice and is provided free of charge!

While we love our gardening friends of all ages, registration for this class is limited to children in kindergarten-5th grade. A chaperone must be present during class time. Non-registered children may not attend.
