Spring Garden Planning (5+)
For those of you wanting to transition your existing vegetable garden to the spring growing season, this class will focus on what you need to do in order to get your garden ready for a new season of planting. Clemson Extension Master Gardener Lisa Turocy will discuss why it is important to amend your soil, what plants can be grown during spring/summer, how to calculate the number of plants you will need, crop rotation, and how to start planning for fall. Please be sure to bring pencils and paper if you would like to take notes.
