Yoga, Art & Storytime in the Garden with Sculpted Lotus Yoga (Ages 4 – 10)

Join us for a very special visit from Ms. Lauren with Sculpted Lotus Yoga! This pop-up will focus on love, self-love and an exploration of what that means. We will work through some big-hearted poses, stories and an open ended project that your kiddo will be SO PROUD of!

Children will need to bring:

  • A water bottle
  • Clothing that can get messy
  • A yoga mat if they have one
  • A willingness to attend!

Yoga, Art & Storytime is designed to ignite children’s creativity, enhance their well-being, and foster a love for self-expression through the fusion of yoga and art.

Through stories, playful yoga poses and open-ended art activities that correspond to the themes of the stories, this unique program promotes physical development, emotional well-being, and cognitive growth.

Empower your kiddo to explore their imaginations, nurture their self-esteem, and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for creativity and self-expression. Our carefully designed curriculum offers a unique and enriching experience for children aged 4-10. A caregiver must remain present.

Benefits for Your Child:

  • Cultivating Mental Wellness: Kiddos develop essential skills to navigate and manage their emotions, promoting mental well-being.
  • Self-Expression and Creativity: Opportunity to explore their unique creativity, allowing them to express themselves authentically and build self-confidence.
  • Physical Development: Yoga poses, and art activities promote strength, flexibility, and coordination. Through yoga, kids develop better body awareness, balance, and posture. Engaging in art projects enhances fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and spatial awareness.
  • Mindfulness and Focus: The practice of mindfulness enhances your child’s ability to be present, improve concentration, and develop a positive mindset.
  • Creativity and Imagination: The combination of yoga and art stimulates creativity, imagination, and innovation. Yoga practices inspire kids to think creatively, exploring unique ways to embody different postures. Artistic activities encourage original thinking, problem-solving, and the exploration of different materials and techniques.
  • Social Connection and Support: Our program fosters a warm and inclusive environment where children can connect with others, share their experiences, and build valuable social skills.

Join the pop-up class and give your kiddo a nurturing space for self-expression, creative exploration, and mental wellness as we explore self-love, being brave and compassionate!

A minimum of 5 students is required for this program to run.
