Charleston Museum Visit – Revolutionary War: Beginnings (Grades 4+)

Join us for a very special visit from America’s oldest museum! Led by a professional museum educator, we’ll dig into history together!

Explore the role of Charleston and South Carolina during the American Revolution. Feel the frustrations of the colonists as students take part in a game to learn about taxation in Colonial Charleston. Students will build their own version of Fort Moultrie using popsicle sticks.
