Charleston Museum Visit – Ancient Egypt (Grades 3-6)

Join us for a very special visit from America’s oldest museum! Led by a professional museum educator, we’ll dig into history together!

Travel back to Ancient Egypt to learn about daily life along the Nile River. Discover the steps of the mummification process, handle ancient artifacts, and dress like an Egyptian. During Tomb Travelers, the students will have a chance to use hieroglyph stamps to create bookmarks and decorate Egyptian “jewelry.”
